The sekt NV »Perlage Rosé« brut nature from the winery Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Meunier from the region Württemberg in Germany.
A delicately light pink-coloured sparkling wine with bluish reflections and a fine mousse flows into the glass. Raspberry and a deeper, almost earthy-herbal note on the nose. Consistently dry and acidic on the palate, pure fruit without any signs of ageing, lots of verve!
More about the tastingBeautiful wild salmon colour, fluffy mousse, fresh fragrant nose of whitecurrant and hay, also some strawberry. On the palate there is a juicy mousse, light smoke with lots of freshness, red berries and then a restrained and juicy sweetness on the finish.
