Lots of savouriness and freshness on the nose, fine woody notes, undergrowth, smoked meat, green bell peppers. On the palate, with drive and a slightly angular springiness, very good ageing potential. Deep with ripe tannins with plenty of substance, minerality and Swabian dialect.
