The red wine »Reserve« Syrah trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Wein & Sekthaus Alois Kiefer has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah
Deep dark red in the glass, it smells of graphite, cinnamon and allspice, roasted plums and blackberry pulp. Delicately savoury on the palate, but incredibly juicy, the impressive acidity lasts a long time, the tannins still appear youthful and are slightly drying.
