A straw yellow white wine colour. Citrusy aroma, almost Riesling like at first, yeast, caramel candy, then more and more red berry with air contact. Medium-bodied on the palate, with lively acidity and strong CO2 freshness, a fine, nervous blanc de noirs for balconies and terraces.
