White flowers, mirabelle plums and tangerine, tart apples, beautiful herbal savouriness, fresh tarragon. Compact structure on the palate, juicy and textured, but dry and never ingratiating, a hint of vin naturel with noticeable, cultivated phenolics, not off the peg.
