Lemon yellow in colour with greenish reflections. A floral Traminer fragrance with yeasty undertones that emerge from the glass after aeration, the Riesling reveals itself with aromas of peach kernel and with oxygen, the aroma becomes increasingly balsamic. On the palate, the wine develops quite a bit of weight, even some texture, lined by mealy phenolics, the acidity supporting the structure. This is a characterful wine that plays terpenes and substance as trump cards - and ends up being both minerally and aromatically complex.
