Strong ruby, purple reflections, broad bright rim. Cherry fruit underlaid with delicate hints of fine oak, discreet nougat, a fine tobacco spice in the background. Juicy, good complexity, pronounced fruit core, powerful texture, fine tannins, lingers long, chocolaty aftertaste, it is already drinking well and has good ageing potential.
