The red wine Pinot Noir »P«, vintage 2017 from the winery Weinberghof Fritsch has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Wagram in Austria.
Deep ruby with purple reflections and some ochre on the broad, lighter rim. An inviting bouquet with wild red berry confit, a little raspberry pulp, preserved cherry, a fine herbal savouriness and hints of tobacco. The palate is juicy and elegant, with red cherry, fine tannins, freshness and salinity, finesse-rich minerality and pronounced fruit on the finish. Good length and definite ageing potential.
