Complex bouquet. Clear, concentrated fruit aromas emerge after some initial reductive notes. Notes of preserved sour cherries and dark wild berries as well as red currants. Ethereal fresh herbs waft into hints of dark chocolate. Elegant yet powerful in its own way on the palate. Fresh, structured acidity, lovely wild berry aromatics, savoury nuances and fine-grained chalky tannins. Long finish, ending on pithy sour cherries.
