The red wine »Roter Hirsch Reserve« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingärtner Cleebronn & Güglingen has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The initially dominant, roasty-smelling new wood reveals the fruit soon after swirling: Blackberry, elderberry, blackcurrant. On the palate, the wine has a mealy, fine-grained tannin, plenty of juiciness and a fine, nervous tension. There is no lack of minerality either. Very young! Certain future.
