Archetypically floral, as only Bernkastel can be. Orchid house, rosewood, carnation. Complex and also subtly slate-spicy. Straightforward on the palate, good mineral extract, but also a lightness typical of a Kabinett; a compact, fresh finish hints at the certain ageing potential.
