The white wine »Doctor« Bernkastel Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingüter Wegeler – Gutshaus Mosel has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 - 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
On the nose: rock flour and balsamic spice notes. In the mouth, the wine has an acidity that undeniably qualifies it as a Kabinett, an expressive minerality that is clearly an expression of the terroir and, for all its lightness, a density and richness that also reflect where it comes from.
