Medium green yellow in colour. Ripe exotic fruit, a hint of tangerine and blossom honey, underpinned with delicate nutty biscuit aromas, very multi-faceted, with a subtle hint of tobacco. Elegant, complex and tightly knit, ripe yellow apple fruit, refined acidity, appears extremely light-footed and balanced, fine pepper on the finish, lingers for a long time, salty minerality on the aftertaste.
