Tasting Notes
Bright yellow green colour with silver reflections. Nuances of ripe quince, delicate notes of honeydew melon and dates, hints of flower honey. Complex, hearty, fine savouriness, ripe apricots, salty and mineral finish, already approachable, good ageing potential.
More about the tastingBright greenish yellow with silver reflections. Ripe white tropical fruit notes - in particular lychee - mingle with hints of pear cooked rhubarb, with tangerine zest in the background. The palate is complex but balanced, with an extracted fruit sweetness and fine acidity. Finish on a pleasantly salty-mineral note and despite its power feels like it's resting in itself.
