Tasting Notes
Medium green-yellow in colour. Ripe exotic fruit, a hint of tangerine and honey blossom, delicately nutty biscuit flavours, very multi-faceted, delicate hint of tobacco. Elegant, complex and tight-knit, ripe yellow apple fruit, finesse-rich acid structure, appears extremely light-footed and balanced, fine pepper on the finish, lingers for a long time, salty minerality on the aftertaste.
