Subtle aroma, savoury, freshly ground mustard flour, coriander seeds, salt lemons, fennel greens, sage. On the palate with a beautiful acid nerve to the texture base, rich fruit, mineral, salty and intensifying powerfully towards the finish, beautiful length.
