Ripe dark fruit on the nose, cherries, cassis, dark chocolate, makes you think of a Black Forest Gateau. Broad and voluminous on the palate with mellow, soft tannins, full-bodied and round, mild and yet vivid acidity, nice spice, juicy fruit, some cherry confit, a worn and consistent character with good length.
