Tasting Notes
Yeasty on the nose, a little wood, round and melted on the palate, all edges polished by maturity (and presumably also by malolactic fermentation), yet the wine hardly expands because it still has reserves of substance and is also permeated by chalky, almost chalky layers. Powerful mineral finish.
