The weißherbst »Herz über Kopf« Rosé trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Ambs has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Bright salmon pink in the glass. Fragrant, berry and savoury on the nose, wild strawberry, raspberry, sweet cherry, ripe Mirabelle plum, dried meadow herbs, floral notes. On the palate with good fullness and freshness, starts with slightly citrusy notes, followed by red fruit, with a nice sweet-acid play and savoury finish.
