The white wine »Eins zu Eins« Auxerrois feinherb, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Andreas Diehl has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Auxerrois from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The wine is initially very closed on the nose, with some sesame and yeast. In the mouth, the wine develops an almost riesling-like sweetness-acidity ratio, extract and length are rather medium-weight - but this should go very well with a curry.
