Acacia blossom, mango lassi, buttercups, caramel and Panacotta on the nose, slightly mushroomy. Fresh, juicy and creamy on the palate with vivid and also tangy acidity, soft texture, ripe yellow fruit, fine citrus, the interplay of acidity and sweetness characterises the wine.
