The rosé »Croco Diehl Rosé« Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Andreas Diehl has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Lightly salmon-coloured with a subtle yellowish tinge, this wine shows rather subtle colour nuances in the glass. Wonderfully fragrant then a floral bouquet with diverse aromas on the nose. The palate is not at all gripping, with plenty of fresh berry fruit and corresponding savouriness. This is how lightness makes sense!
