The non-alcoholic white wine Trittenheim Apotheke Riesling Kabinett, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Ansgar Clüsserath has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Still reductive on the nose, with notes of yeast, caraway and with the slate spice of the apothecary, peach and apricot forming in the background. On the palate it is exhibits a beautiful interplay of elements; mineral, juicy, spicy and precise. Shows the tension of the Kabinett class and the greatness of the site.
