Tasting Notes
Dark gold with reddish hues. Avocado honey, wild strawberries, dates, figs, dried apricots, viscous on the palate, with an immediate vivid and juicy acidity, a fireworks display of fruity aromas on the palate, guava, passion fruit, rosehips, forest honey, concentrated on the finish, full-bodied, mineral notes. Incredibly bright and precise.
More about the tastingSmoky notes of tobacco, lemon tea, Assam, candied fruit, bananas and candied orange peel alongside mild savoury notes. Lush flavour with a viscous feel, finely interwoven acidity, fruit and savouriness play the leading role here. Youthful equilibrium with an ambrosial finish.
