The red wine Assmannshausen Höllenberg Pinot Noir GG, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut August Kesseler has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 96+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Some almond, red currant, cranberry, subtle wood, dried tomato and slate spice on the nose. The palate starts creamy and then unfolds into a grainy, flawlessly ripe tannin, the high density dissolves juicy and fruity. Everything is still extremely young, put it away for 20 years!
