Tasting Notes
Golden colour. Yellow peaches, mirabelle plums, aniseed. Beautifully crafted and refined on the palate, extremely pure expression of the fruit, medium-bodied, exceptional length, with a tactile mineral component that blends seamlessly with the fruit and acidity, and with a perfectly integrated sweetness. Stylistically à point! Great further ageing potential.
More about the tastingSultana, caramel, pineapple, exotic fruit. On the palate with a silky, not over-accentuated sweetness and discreet, yet supporting acidity, slightly viscous, harmoniously round and as nuanced as it is balanced.
