Tasting Notes
Not yet very open on the nose, some red apple. Quite straightforward on the palate, vivid but ripe acidity, good substance support, appears complete and compact with very good balance. Should cut a very fine figure in two or three years, especially at the table.
More about the tastingFinely nuanced fruit, yeast, tangerine, elderflower, mirabelle plum, and pepper. Smooth, almost creamy on the attack, broad, ripe acidity, with the beginning development of spicy aromas, it is a charming and finely rounded Riesling.
