Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and a subtle ochre rim. On the nose, a fine caramel touch, with delicate notes of cassis and liquorice, pleasant fine oak spice, and smoky nuances. The palate is fresh and juicy, with ripe tannins, a touch of red berries and a saline-mineral, slightly chalky finish. A taut food wine.
