On the nose, aromas of red apple and pear, with smoky notes in the background, some quince, roasted hazelnut and herbal spice. The juicy palate is polished and beautifully textural, with ripe acidity and notes of apple, pear, and apricot. Dense, elegant and long, balanced throughout.
