Tasting Notes
Skilful, very discreet use of oak. Restrainedly floral, with notes of damp limestone. The palate is smooth with dense but not astringent phenolics, and refined, long-lasting acidity. Has a lot of substance, still seems introverted at the moment, but with a few years in the bottle, aromatic complexity and a structured texture will unfold.
