The white wine »Grande Réserve« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Bietighöfer has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Rather restrained nose, still characterised by the ageing in wood, with savouriness, green walnut and yellow fruit. More open and generous on the palate: substantial with good density, a supporting acidity, dry, again with beautiful savouriness, right into the long finish.
