Intense and densely woven nose with ripe cherry, blueberry, cinnamon, plums and woody notes; slightly mentholated drive. Soft overture, the density increases on the mid-palate, strong but supple tannins, ripe and rich fruit again. A Spätburgunder with power and volume that has not yet reached the end of its ageing potential.
