Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Dark wild berry confit underlaid with fine herbal spices, delicate nougat, a hint of slate minerality. Juicy, balanced, finely spiced tannins, salty-mineral nuances, lingers well, extract-sweet aftertaste, ripe cherries on the finish, a versatile food companion.
