Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of candied orange and grapefruit zest, hints of herbs and dried fruit, alongside a subtle minerality. The palate is taut, with fine white tropical fruit, a textured saline minerality, cool and persistent. A light-footed food wine with good tension.
