The fruit is still somewhat hidden behind smoky and roasted components, dark aromas, behind which notes of melon, pear and apricot emerge, green walnut, some caraway. Present on the palate with good power and a firm, powerful structure. Juicy, slightly salty and with a dash of lime juice, restrained fruit on the palate, mineral, animating and lively.
