The white wine »Buntes B« feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Bollig² has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Bacchus from the region Moselle in Germany.
Rather pale in colour. Lychee, rose, grapefruit, pineapple and lime on the nose. On the palate, the stable Riesling acidity balances the potpourri of ripe sweet fruits of Gewürztraminer. A wine that is also a pleasure to drink in summer.
