Lots of herbs and savouriness on the nose, with apple peel, some lime and mineral notes. On the palate there's a pithy acidity and a streak of minerality creating lots of tension. Citrus aromas are extremely clear, and the comparatively low alcohol doesn't get in the way but rather helps it remain elegant. Lots of ageing potential.
