The crémant Crémant Riesling, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Cantzheim has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
The bouquet reveals a delicate Riesling fruit that immediately transports you to the Saar. Red-cheeked, crunchy apples are served on a silver platter, accompanied by lemon balm, slate savouriness and yeasty notes. As a Brut Nature, the crisp, fresh acidity gives the palate an enormous lift, perfectly balanced by extract, minerality, cool fruit and yeast - and all this at just 11.5% alcohol.
