The white wine »der Kanzemer«, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Cantzheim has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
The aroma is intensely mineral and savoury, also slightly citrusy, but the focus is clearly on the minerality. The palate begins supple and soft and integrates a firm acidity well, the effect of the fruit remains subtle, the finish is compact and still demonstrates its youth with light yeasty notes.
