Aroma's of almond, some brioche and smoke, ripe apple, delicate savouriness, still rather restrained, opens with aeration. On the palate fine creaminess, wood use noticeable, some vanilla, sweet pear, invigorating acidic, juicy and powerful, discreet sweetness, good length, ideal for white meat with cream sauce.
