The red wine »Le Schulz« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Chat Sauvage has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Strong new wood, raspberry and tree resin on the nose. On the palate a dense but also mellow tannin texture, slightly drying tannin, firm acid backbone, plump body, obvious vivid minerality. It is refined, rich in extract and elegant at the same time.
