Tasting Notes
Clearly cherry-fruity, also gingerbread, new wood, menthol and camphor. The palate unfolds a lot of tension, the tannin has a certain piquancy, is juicy and fine-nerved as well as strongly tactile-mineral. A "cool" Pinot for the long haul.
