Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of yellow apple, some quince and honeydew melon, fine hint of meadow herbs, distinct minerality. Full-bodied on the palate, fine nuances of white stone fruit, silky, salinity characterised by fresh lime, finely structured, balanced, floating lightness, salty in the finish, conveys a hint of apricot and tangerine, very good length, certain ageing potential.
