Bright, strong yellow gold colour. Smoky, bacon-spicy attack, herbs, but also fruit sweetness, with air more and more yellow apple, mango, but also white pepper. Full-bodied, tightly meshed, shows a complex texture, little primary fruit, but all the more flavour, good freshness, mineral finish, a hint of yellow fruit in the aftertaste.
