The white wine »Urbanus« Pinot Blanc trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Clauß has been rated in 2016 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Acacia blossoms and a subtle use of wood emphasize the fine fruity aroma, which is underpinned by a light herbal spiciness. Powerful and bold on the palate, it has grippy tannins and yet a creamy texture along with finely chiseled acidity.
