The red wine »Urbanus« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Clauß has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, discreet vanilla notes and a hint of mint. The fruit is reminiscent of raspberry. On the palate, the Pinot shows good texture, clear fruit with an intense acid structure and still slightly rustic tannins that will integrate further.
