Tasting Notes
Chocolate and black pepper on the nose, also dark berries and elderberry. The mid-palate rolls out grainy, taut tannins on a supple base. Clear chalky minerality characterises the still youthful, compact structure, the ripe acidity is well integrated and supports the substantial body. Very good potential.
