Tasting Notes
Pale salmon pink. Delicate smoke on the nose, preserved raspberry, some plum, but also delicate smoke. Restrained acidity on the palate, noticeable sweetness, medium concentration, aromas of ripe pear and strawberry predominate. Serve with foie gras.
