The rosé wine Cabernet Cortis Rosé Deutscher Wein trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Dähn has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points.
Pastel rosé colour. A fine, nuanced Cabernet fruit with the aroma of red and black currants. Also some sweet cherry and raspberry. In the mouth, the wine reveals some power, acidity and alcohol are well integrated, a hint of sweetness gives the fruit volume, the wine finishes with a full-bodied density on a smooth background. Almost Mediterranean in style!
