The red wine »Kreation Rot S«, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Dautel has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Lemberger, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Somewhat buttery on the nose, yeasty notes but then also a liqueur-like cherry fruit, black chocolate and allspice. In the mouth, the wine is enormously dense, firm and grippy. Dry but not drying, it is juicy and fresh behind the extract yet aromatically still completely closed. Great ageing potential.
